Refund policy

For sanitary reasons, all sales are final and non-returnable unless defective.
This is for the health and safety of our customers.
If an item is found to be defective within 14 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item.

Please email us at dw@runwayintimates to let us know of the issue. In order for us to replace any defective merchandise and/or honor any warranty, you must email us a proof of purchase from one of our authorized retailers. Once we receive via email a proof of purchase (copy of the receipt, we’ll provide instructions on getting the product back to us. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please provide the following information, proof of purchase along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (shipping it back is your responsibility and at your expense), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, remote controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.
